The house has a main bedroom on the 1st floor overlooking the pool and the bay. The stairs lead you to 2 double bedrooms with queen-size beds and an ensuite bathrooms, that can be used as children's or guest rooms.

On the lower floor, there is an apartment with a separate entrance, approx. 60 sqm with kitchen, living room with TV, sofa, dining table, 2 double bedrooms with queen -size beds, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, terrace and a small pool. In the back part of the house, there is a separate apartment with approx. 25 sqm with sofa, TV, queen-size bed, shower/WC, terrace. You can enter the smaller apartment either through the garage or from the main house. It was initially planned as a maid’s room, but we have adjusted it to the standard of the bigger apartment.

The optimal alignment of the house guarantees sun all day. The beautiful terrace area around the rim flow pool invites you to linger and relax. On cooler evenings, the open fireplace in the living room ensures cozy and romantic hours. The evening backdrop is fantastic and can be enjoyed from the living room and kitchen. The design house has a master bedroom on the 1st floor with a view of the pool and bay. A staircase leads to 2 connected double rooms, which can be used as children's or guest rooms. The lower guest rooms each have a view and access to the garden.

You can also enjoy the unique view in the lower area of the house. Here is a second, open and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, an open living-dining area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and another small terrace with a mini pool. This area offers e.g. for another family, bigger children or friends a pleasant opportunity for privacy and independence.

A level and paved area in front of the house as well as the estate itself offer children good conditions for being able to move around "on the street" without any problems, to play or even ride a bike. A tennis court, a soccer field, a children's playground and a small community park are available to residents of the estate for free use.
